Shipping & Returns
Please follow the guidelines below for returns and shipping.
We provide a flat shipping rate of 9.99 on all Canadian orders.
You should expect your package within 4-8 business days, from date of ship.
All our packages have a tracking number which will be sent to you when the order is shipped.
We also offer a LOCAL PICK UP option for those in and around Blind River. We also offer delivery to Elliot Lake. There are no shipping fees for these options.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing. We work on getting all orders out as quick as we can however, online orders are processed Monday to Friday between 10-4PM.
** Please note that due to high volumes of orders, some products may be oversold. Refunds will be issued for oversold items. We apologize for any inconveniences, we will do our best to fulfill all orders. **
Exchange & Store Credit
We hope you love everything you have received! However, if something does need to be returned, we would be happy to offer you an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unwashed, unworn, with all original packaging. Returned items will be inspected once received, and items that do not meet our policy will be shipped back at customers expense.
Simply follow these steps:
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or message us on our social media accounts to discuss your return.
2. Ensure your item(s) have all original tags and packaging.
3. Ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving it. The customer is required to cover all extra shipping fees.
4. We will issue you a store credit for the item(s) returned to us. Store credits will be sent to the email used to place the original order.
*Please note: If COD charges are incurred when we receive your returned item, the COD cost will be deducted from your store credit total.
CLEARANCE ITEMS WILL BE FINAL SALE.
The following are some items that we do not return or exchange:
- Returns received after 14 days of customer receiving them
- Sale items
- Items that have been damaged, worn, and/or washed
- Sunglasses and earrings
Coupon codes must be entered at time of purchase, no price adjustments will be made if a code is not entered at the time of purchase.
We have the right to refuse any return if it does not meet our return policy standards.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
If a package does not reach its destination and is sent back to us, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications. Please note we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made.
